hi can any body help me please
i'm waking up with swelling in my feet everyday is thereanything i can do
any suggestions will be helpfull

Hello Andrew,

Try elevating your feet higher than your heart.

Cold packs of you can stand it.

This is what I do when I have swollen ankles.

sorry they are so cross. If you are feeling out of breath at all- you aught to have a BP and heart rate check too.

Hi Andrew, yes, what Tracey said!!! Also Jenni is right re the check for heart etc. I have just had a heart scan that my gp sent me for due to swollen ankles. It was clear, but they have to be on the safe side. The person who did the scan told me there was nothing to worry about and she would notify my gp. Make sure you get tested though, best to be on the safe sideSmile
